What’s not shown is the spiritual and healing path that has allowed my life to unfold so magically.

I’m not enlightened yet, and I still have loads to learn. That’s why I work with my own coaches and teachers. But, I do know that I have something big enough to offer others.

(…in Spanish, if you were wondering.) It’s the practice that’s gotten me to where I am today, business-wise and personally, and which I still practice as my life unfolds. I will teach you how to do it, empower you with the resources you need to unblock your highest good.

Learn how to work with and interpret your dreams as another important source of information for your life and decision-making. What will your testimonial say?

  • I have had meetings with financial coaches and business mentors in the past, but the way you all were able to quickly diagnose some of the issues and help me work through some of my hang-ups has made this a very meaningful experience.

—Rebecca, Small Business Owner and Business Double Impact Client

  • I worked with Kaitlyn while getting my master’s in sustainability leadership and working full time as a Director of Operations. Even though I’d worked in roles adjacent to sustainability, I was suddenly in charge of the whole spectrum of everything ESG and sustainability. Kaitlyn was my guiding compass. Our sessions grounded me and gave me a safe space where I didn’t feel my questions were silly or ignorant. And she gave me 100% honest feedback on the work I was doing. Our sessions were like a chance to catch my breath. I always left with something more than I had before the conversation. I now mentor and coach others in their sustainability careers, and I constantly reference my work with Kaitlyn –she is one of my mentors. If you are seeing limitations in your career or just overwhelmed with how to work effectively in sustainability, I highly recommend working with her.

  • Thank you so much for your advice and help on our call - it really shifted my goals in the field of corporate sustainability.

Note: Coaching is not therapy. Please review the International Coaching Federation’s White Paper on this topic for more information. I follow ICF’s guidance outlined in this paper on when to refer a client to therapy. Excerpted definitions:

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

The American Psychological Association (APA) defines psychotherapy as “the informed and intentional application of clinical methods and interpersonal stances derived from established psychological principles for the purpose of assisting people to modify their behaviors, cognitions, emotions, and/or other personal characteristics in directions that the participants deem desirable.”
